By downloading and using Vibehaus, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Vibehaus gives you a personal, non-transferable license to install and run the app on any Mac you own or control. You can use it for personal and commercial projects. You may not redistribute the binary, resell access, or sublicense it to others.
The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We think it’s great, but we can’t promise it’s perfect.
There are three tiers:
Prices may change in the future. If we raise the price on a plan you’re currently subscribed to, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice. Your rate is locked for the billing period you’re already in — we won’t charge you the new price until your next renewal cycle.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You’ll be charged the same amount unless we’ve notified you of a price change.
You can cancel at any time:
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
When a Pro subscription ends or is cancelled:
Downgrading to Free does not erase anything. It just pauses the sync.
Monthly Pro: we offer a 14-day refund if you’re not satisfied. Email hello@vibehaus.dev and we’ll sort it out.
Yearly Pro: if you cancel within 30 days, we’ll refund a pro-rated amount for the unused full months remaining.
Switching from Pro (monthly or yearly) to Lifetime: the unused portion of your current billing period is credited toward the Lifetime price. You won’t pay for time you’ve already paid for.
Refunds are processed through Stripe. How long they take to appear depends on your card issuer, but typically 5–10 business days.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Vibehaus product. Purchasing Lifetime entitles you to all future app updates for as long as the product exists. There are no hidden renewal fees, ever.
If Vibehaus is ever discontinued, we will give at least 90 days’ notice before shutting down services. No further charges will be made. Your local data — including all vault items — remains fully accessible on your Mac after any discontinuation. You just won’t receive new app updates.
Don’t use Vibehaus to do anything illegal or to harm others. Don’t redistribute the binary without permission.
Vibehaus runs locally on your Mac. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own work — we are not liable for data loss on your device.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Vibehaus is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we’ll post an announcement in the changelog and email active subscribers. Continuing to use Vibehaus after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
